Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
We print every shirt after you order it. Printing takes 1 to 4 working days, then it ships. Most orders arrive 2 to 8 working days after you order. Times per country are on the shipping page.
How much is shipping?
It depends on where you live, and it is free from €70. You see the exact price at checkout before you pay anything.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The tracking link comes by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to us as fast as you can. Once your shirt is being printed we can't change it anymore, but you can still return it.
Size and fit
Which size should I take?
The shirts are cut oversized. Your usual size gives the loose look, one size down sits closer to a regular fit. The size guide has the exact measurements.
Do the shirts shrink?
Cotton can shrink in a hot wash or in the dryer. Wash it at 30 °C max and hang it up to dry. Our print partner asks for the same.
Quality
What are the shirts made of?
100% cotton, 240 g/m². The blank is the Build Your Brand BY102 oversized tee. Every product page lists it under Fabric and print.
Will the print crack?
Wash it inside out at 30 °C max, skip the dryer and the fabric softener. Our print partner says that keeps the print going longest.
Returns
Can I return a shirt?
Yes, within 14 days, no reason needed. Try it on like in a shop. If it comes back worn or washed, we may deduct the loss in value. This is how it works.
My shirt arrived misprinted or damaged.
Don't send it back. Email us a photo and your order number, and we send you a new one for free.
Everything else
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Germany, Austria and the rest of the EU. We don't ship to the UK, Switzerland, the USA or Canada yet. Times and prices per country.
Is this meant to offend someone?
No, it's meant to be funny. If one shirt isn't your kind of funny, there are others.
