Changed your mind? You have 14 days.

- Fine, like in a shop. If it comes back worn or washed, we may deduct the loss in value.

- Don't send it back. Send us a photo and you get a new shirt, free.

- Within 14 days, to the way you paid
How to send something back
1. Email us your order number and the shirt you want to return. You don't need to give a reason.
2. Send it within 14 days to our print partner, who takes returns for us: Printegy GmbH, Fulfillment Center, Adlerstraße 32, 45307 Essen, Germany. Tracked if you can.
3. Once it's there, or once you show us the tracking, we refund you.
Need a different size? Return the shirt and order the new size. We print every shirt for its own order, so we have no shelf to swap it from.
Quicker: use the withdraw from contract button, three fields and you are done. You can also use the model withdrawal form.
